Wiley did his first homework last night. It was so exciting! He had to complete a few pages of math work sheets. He did some on his own, some I sat and worked with him on. He didn't need help to get the answers right, he just needed some help forming his numbers. He was patient and didn't get frustrated.

The kids go to a Quaker meeting once a month and they sit in silence until/unless moved to speak on a "query." I asked Wiley what the query was and he said, "It was to think about 'How do I stay centered when someone is trying to distract me or someone is trying to hurt me."
