Well, we're still adjusting to Sherril's. Archer now knows the routine, but isn't yet used to it, so he cries when we get there. Sherril is very reassuring and when I pick him up she explains how he was able to be comforted and what he did and how he slept. Today she talked about how he crawled over to her and climbed up into her lap and fell asleep. That's nice to hear. He's obviously struggling with the change, though, he's been really hard to put to bed. Has refused his nap for the last five days and yesterday didn't go to sleep until 10pm. Yuck. Sherril told me that he seems to have a strong understanding of language and appears advanced--when they were babbling together and she said "mama" he looked to the door. His new thing is pointing with his pointer finger, it's cute. And his kisses are still the best.

He's figured out how to shake his head no. and it's hilarious because he moves his whole body, at first I worried it was a seizure. He thinks he's so grown up and can do anything Wiley does. And he tries to nearly all of it. Then, if Wiley takes something from him he gets so angry, will hit and yell at Wiley. Wiley's really an exceptional boy. For the most part he is really patient with Archer and rarely fights with him. All the teachers at school know and really like him. He's made quite a charming reputation for himself. And he's counting really high now, all the way to 40 without help then if you help him on the 10s he can go very high.
