Archer decided he wanted to be potty trained last weekend and hasn't worn a diaper since. He's done really well, a few completely dry nights and a few accidents, but he's at the point where he's telling me he has to go to the potty and he can get on an do the toilet by himself. We went to a birthday party yesterday and it was at a place with an outhouse--a toilet seat over a hole in the ground. At first Archer was scared he'd fall down, which is true, he could have fit through the hole, but luckily there was a kids seat insert and we used that with no problem. He then asked three times to go to the toilet after that on "the big hole."
