"Wiley was so well behaved today and so polite, he was a real joy to watch."
Yay!! She told me how he asked the other little boy "what's your favorite color?" when they were sitting down to eat their snack. The reason this is significant is that Wiley always talks about not liking this little boy and how he wants to push and bite and kick him. "What's your favorite color?" is one of the questions we practice asking kids as part of making friends with them. Later when we went to the playground Wiley was playing with some older boys (he tends to gravitate toward bigger and older kids I think because he gets really frustrated with kids his size and age unless they are particularly bright. I've seen him try to talk to the younger kids and most of them just stare at him blankly which frustrates wiley) and I heard him explaining to them they should use their manners since he was using his manners and they could all play that way.
